Required Documents
Prepare the following documents before submitting an application. Requirements are subject to scheme guidelines and may be updated.
Identity
Identity and address proof
Self-attested copies of a valid government-issued photo ID and current residential address proof for each applicant.
Financial
Financial documentation
Recent bank statements and income or employment proof as specified in the scheme guidelines for payment-plan verification.
Application
Application and booking forms
Completed application form, passport-size photographs and any booking declarations, signed where indicated in the sample forms.
